How It Works

Three steps. Nothing left to chance.

The entire process in under a minute. The seller chooses the shop; DDD organizes, checks, and delivers the evidence.

01

Step 1: Inspect

Your chosen mechanic shop inspects the car and films one continuous, unedited video.

Independent shop
02

Step 2: Upload

Send us the inspection, the video, the title and your service records.

Seller uploads
03

Step 3: Show the proof

We check the history, label every fact, and deliver your DDD Report with its own link and QR code.

DDD delivers

The seller arranges and pays for the inspection with their chosen mechanic shop. DDD does not perform, arrange, or pay for inspections.

02 — THE PROBLEM

Car buying used to happen in the dark. Not anymore.

For too long, car buyers handed over their money in the dark. With a DDD Report, you see the inspection, the unedited video, the records and the history before you buy.

No More Buying Blind.

Photos can hide paint work. "Fully serviced" can hide missing records. "Clean title" does not tell the complete story. High-value purchases need evidence.

A history report tells you where a car has been. A DDD Report tells you everything about it.

What's In a DDD Report

Seven layers of research. One report. Nothing left out.

Every DDD Report assembles seven independent layers into a unified record so you see the complete picture before you buy.

01

Identity

The VIN, decoded and matched to the car, title, and paperwork.

Identity
02

Inspection

A full independent shop inspection report uploaded by the seller.

Inspection
03

Inspection Video

One continuous, unedited inspection video, with narration or on-screen text so you know what you're seeing.

Inspection Video
04

History

Title brands, theft records, recalls, and relevant history checked against applicable public records.

History
05

Documentation

Service records, receipts, and ownership papers matched against the maker's schedule where applicable.

06

07

DDD Review

DDD reviews the evidence and labels every claim so the buyer knows exactly what is supported.

04 — EVIDENCE LABELS

You'll never wonder what's real.

Every claim in a DDD Report carries a source label — a document classification system, not a feature list.

01

Document-supported

Backed by a record, receipt, or title document in the report.

02

Third-party inspection

Found by the independent shop that inspected the car.

03

Seller-provided

Information supplied by the seller and placed on record.

04

Needs clarification

Something doesn't line up. The buyer should ask the seller about it.

05

Not verified

DDD could not confirm it and clearly says so. Do not interpret this as false — it means unconfirmed.

"Not verified" means unconfirmed — not false. DDD clearly separates unsupported information from negative findings.

DDD Report vs. a History Report

A history report tells you where a car has been. A DDD Report tells you everything about it.

A listing is a stock tip. A DDD Report is reading the company's books.

For Dealers

Put Proof Behind Every Listing.

Stand out. Close with confidence. Answer the difficult questions before buyers even ask them.

DDD Report Dealer: look for the report on each car.

Classic & High-Value Vehicles

Every car has a story. We get all of it.

Older vehicles carry special challenges: matching numbers and originality, ownership chain, restoration records, and non-original parts.

For pre-1981 vehicles, applicable public-record databases are clearly marked Not verified, with an explanation that those databases do not cover older VINs.

What can be documented is reported. What cannot be confirmed is clearly identified.

Collectors don't gamble. They ask for the proof. So should you.
