What's In a Report
Seven layers of research. One report. Nothing left out.
A DDD Report collects, researches, organizes, and labels the evidence so the buyer can make their own decision.
Identity
The VIN, decoded and matched to the car, title, and paperwork.
Inspection
A full independent shop inspection report uploaded by the seller.
Inspection Video
One continuous, unedited inspection video, with narration or on-screen text so you know what you're seeing.
History
Title brands, theft records, recalls, and relevant history checked against applicable public records.
Documentation
Service records, receipts, and ownership papers matched against the maker's schedule where applicable.
Seller Statement
What the seller says on record: known issues, modifications, and what is included in the price.
DDD Review
DDD reviews the evidence and labels every claim so the buyer knows exactly what is supported.
The seventh layer — DDD Review — is the public name for our internal review process. DDD reviews the evidence and labels every claim so the buyer knows exactly what is supported.
Electric or Hybrid? Your DDD Report Goes Further.
On an electric car, the battery is the most valuable part of the car. Every DDD Report on an electric or hybrid car adds a full Battery & Electric section, at no extra cost.
Battery health
State of health percentage, from a dealer, shop or battery-testing service.
Battery warranty
What's left and whether it transfers.
Software version and update history
Current software version and any recorded update history.
Battery and high-voltage repairs
Any documented battery or high-voltage system repairs.
High-voltage diagnostic scan
A high-voltage diagnostic scan, including any stored codes.
EV-specific recalls
Open recalls specific to the electric or hybrid powertrain.
Charging session and battery pack on video
Show a live charging session and the battery pack on the continuous inspection video.
The Battery & Electric section is an additional section of the DDD Report — not a separate paid product. Battery health data comes from a dealer, shop, or battery-testing service. DDD does not perform a battery health test, diagnostic scan, physical inspection, or charging test.
Evidence Labels
You'll never wonder what's real.
Every claim in a DDD Report carries a source label.
Document-supported
Backed by a record, receipt, or title document in the report.
Third-party inspection
Found by the independent shop that inspected the car.
Seller-provided
Information supplied by the seller and placed on record.
Needs clarification
Something doesn't line up. The buyer should ask the seller about it.
Not verified
DDD could not confirm it and clearly says so. Do not interpret this as false — it means unconfirmed.
"Not verified" means unconfirmed — not false. DDD clearly separates unsupported information from negative findings.

No DDD? No deal.
Buy with proof, not promises.
