These terms govern your use of Deep Due Diligence, LLC ("DDD", "we", "us"). By using this site or purchasing a DDD Report, you agree to these terms.

The DDD Report

A DDD Report is an evidence report on a vehicle. It is not a warranty, guarantee, inspection or approval of the vehicle. Inspections are performed by independent shops chosen by the seller.

DDD does not inspect vehicles. The independent inspection is performed by a shop chosen and paid for by the seller. DDD does not appraise, rate, grade, guarantee, or warrant any vehicle.

Pricing & refunds

The seller pays one flat price based on the vehicle's value. If evidence is unfavorable, the report is still delivered. A refund request returns 25%, no more.

Use of reports

DDD Reports are provided for the buyer's research. They may be shared by link. They may not be reproduced for resale without permission. Reports are not indexed by search engines.

Badge use

Dealers must follow the badge display guidelines and agree to them before receiving a badge. Misuse of the DDD mark or badges may result in removal.
