Deep Due Diligence, LLC ("DDD") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. This wording is provided for review by our legal counsel and is not yet attorney-approved.

Information we collect

DDD collects information you submit through our website forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, dealership or private-seller status, a watched VIN, checklist requests, listing-check results, and other details relevant to the form you submit.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Deliver the checklist, full listing-check results, or sample report you request.
• Notify you about a watched VIN when a matching DDD Report is published, where that notification feature is configured and active.
• Send you communications about DDD, including the materials you requested.
• Respond to your privacy-choice requests.

Advertising tracking

DDD uses Meta and Google advertising tools, including retargeting. These tools may use cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can manage your privacy preferences, including Do Not Sell or Share, through our Privacy Choices page.

Your privacy choices

You can submit privacy preferences — including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," limiting use of sensitive personal information, and opting out of marketing emails — on our Privacy Choices page. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Seller information

Sellers provide contact and vehicle information to produce a DDD Report. Seller contact information is never displayed publicly on a report. A report may identify the seller where appropriate as evidence, but private contact details remain private.

Buyer information

Buyers can look up and view reports without creating an account. We do not require login to view a report.

Reports

DDD Reports are not indexed by search engines. They are shareable by link and include a downloadable PDF.
